I had a mother's instinct that Gabriel would start walking on our trip, and lo and behold I was right. At exactly 13 months to the day he started taking 5 or 6 steps on his own to reach either his toys or his grandmother. If I can ever remember to walk in here with the camera I'll download the pictures.
And after our family get-together last Saturday, Macy and Cade inspired him to start making the trek across entire rooms. He doesn't want to stay in his room and play anymore, and has been waking up early so that he can start marching about the house again.
I can't even believe it when I look at him. What happened to my little baby boy?
